I’m Sohye Choi from Seoul, South Korea.

I began studying this field because I started seeing the events in my life as if they were frames in a film. It felt like I was meant to work in this industry, and I’ve come to love how people can bring everything in a script to life. Through my production experiences, I’ve realized that limitations are merely walls we create in our minds.

 

For this reason, I want to create stories that empower those who feel lost or exhausted. That’s the kind of filmmaker I aspire to be - because someone once told me, “If you don’t see a way, make one.”
